Nicole has been SO impressive on the LSP Marketing Committee. She is an unusual combination of right and left brain: she is one of the most organized people I have ever met, yet also is extremely creative. She serves as scribe for not only the Marketing Committee but for the Executive Committee, and she posts her notes almost before the meeting is over. In small group activities, she is excellent at stepping back, looking at what we're trying to accomplish, and then suggesting an approach for the team. Her voice isn't always the loudest, but it's almost always one of the most effective. She also has a terrific creative sense. Nicole has created slogans for our fundraising events, and designs eye-catching social media graphics and flyers. She loves language and playing with words, and she's a persuasive communicator. Beyond her top-notch organizational skills, artistic mind and poise, Nicole is a genuinely good person who wants to see everyone in the program succeed. Working with her has been one of the great pleasures of participating in Leadership St. Pete.
