      Freedom School Partners collaborates with National Freedom School literacy based summer program site for at least 70 students undeserved students at Rama Road Elementary School ranging from grades K-12. As a site director, observes and manages 8-9 college interns and six-twelve high school interns teaching literacy curriculum, evaluates instruction and performance to provide feedback to instruct scholars weekly. In addition, modifies program implementation through evaluation from qualitative data from parents, partners, and scholars and assisted in developing and implementing STEM kits for students. Organizes strategic plans for execution of at least 20 field trips and emergency plans for students ranging from K-12 grades. Designs and coordinates parent weekly workshops related to financial literacy, literacy support, family support services for over 50 parents in the low socioeconomic statuses and other parental involvement initiatives and gained an increase each year in parent involvement each year. Developed several sustainable partnerships with community partners and organizes annual D.E.A.R (Drop Everything and Read) Event with over 100 volunteer readers reading with scholars at site.
