In my role as the Program Director, I have undertaken a wide range of responsibilities encompassing various aspects of organizational management and development. For our students, I work with our Student Engagement Coordinator to ensure our resources are always up-to-date so that advocacy is easy and free for them which helps them save lives.With our OPOs, I provide them with leads for volunteers (SODA chapter leaders/event hosts) and supplies to recruit new leads. Organization Focused:► FundraisingSecure grants, organize annual appeal campaigns and execute special fundraising initiatives.Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies and execute individual donor solicitations.► FinancesPerform meticulous bookkeeping tasks and prepare budgets to ensure accurate financial records and efficient resource allocation.► MarketingCreate impactful print materials and manage social media platforms to enhance the organization's visibility and outreach.Implement SEO strategies to optimize online presence and increase website traffic.►OperationsStreamline operational processes through automation techniques and effectively manage our (CRM) systems.► LeadershipCreate and implement strategic plans to drive organizational growth and achieve mission objectives.Supervise a dedicated team consisting of one full-time staff member and multiple part-time contractors.Orchestrate the development of the Board of Directors, fostering strong partnerships and engaging them in organizational initiatives.► PartnershipsCultivate and nurture relationships with external organizations and community partners, including OPOs (Organ Procurement Organizations), to foster collaborative endeavors and maximize community impact.► ProgrammingLead the development and strategic planning of diverse programs to address the needs and interests of our target audience.Want to get involved?
