Her clear, highly educated knowledge of physiology is so far and above anyone I have ever worked with there is no question I could never be satisfied working with anyone else again. Nicole's extremely creative approach to fitness makes it fun. Yes, fun. Her positive, outgoing energy is contagious and at the same time she is carefully watching for posture, timing, form, paying attention to any prior injuries clients have to ensure maximum benefits are achieved.
