Rochelle McConico, MBA

Nicole is a natural leader. At Achievement first, she managed the student body with aplomb and dignity. She was fair but stern and treated students with respect. In addition, her way with parents and teachers also showed that she was listening and observing and that her opinions were formulated based on careful consideration for the multiple stakeholders and what was best for the student. Nicole found the right balance between being kind and making sure the school culture was maintained and the standards of the school were upheld.

Alaina Chipman Leeks, Ed.D

I have worked with Nicole in many capacities. Nicole is an extremely passionate Dean of Students, who always gets results. She is able to collaborate with teachers, parents and scholars to ensure that the best outcome is achieved. Nicole is very insightful and continues to challenge herself by taking graduate level courses in education and always shares the knowledge that she has gained with her team. Nicole is truly a team player, always bringing out the best in the teachers that she coach, which is one of her many strengths.
