  I worked in Housing and Residence Life moving from an associate hall director to senior hall director. I worked in three residence halls and had the opportunity to run a satellite hall in a local hotel. I hired, trained and supervised RA (student para professional staff) in each of my halls. I was a part of the RA training planning committee and chaired it at times. I shared in an on-duty rotation for 11 halls and 4000 undergraduate students.I was very involved in student organizations and served as an advisor to our campus chapters. I was on the planning committee when our school hosted both the state and regional conference on our campus. I advised the judicial board and served on several campus wide committees in my time in the department. Show less
