I had the pleasure of working with Nicole for over 10 years after we acquired Churchill. She was quickly identified as the key resource in the business and took on more and more responsibility over the years to come. Throughout our time working together I was most impressed with her intuition in assessing risk and attention to detail. She also was balanced enough to understand and listen to the business case behind that risk. Perhaps most important, was the level of respect Nicole was able to garner across every spectrum of the company: from her direct reports all the way up to our company's investors. Her work ethic and experience inspired confidence and trust. I would enthusiastically recommend Nicole and believe she would be a tremendous asset to any organization looking for an informed and thoughtful leader.

Nicole is an amazing leader who understands the details of the business as well as keeps the overall strategy and objectives in the forefront of her mind. She is a mentor who encourages and motivates those around her while taking accountability of her responsibilities very seriously. I am fortunate in having worked with Nicole for 5 years at Foley Business Capital as Director of Operations, Credit and Underwriting. Her fierce attention to detail is equaled by her strong sense of responsibility; she always shoulders more than her share of work, and follows through on every task. Nicole’s ability to cultivate trust and respect at all levels of the organization makes her an incredibly strong asset to any company she will work for. I think that any organization would benefit by adding Nicole to their leadership team.
