      Facilitate the coordination of services for students assigned to in school disciplinary interventions including, but not limited to, the PATH (Pause, Act, Think, Heal) program. The PATH program is designed to empower students to develop emotional and social learning skills that can help reduce risk factors that have resulted in inappropriate and/or disruptive misconduct.
