Nicole Vigue, Director of Operations, is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of 42 clinical practice sites and the Sleep Referral Department at ENT and Allergy Associates. Along with Nicole Monti, Chief Operating Officer and the Regional Operations Managers, Ms. Vigue is responsible for managing and implementing policies and workflow changes at all 42 Practice Sites as well as the coordination of onboarding exiting practices into the ENT and Allergy Operations model. Additionally she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Sleep Referral Coordination Department. Ms. Vigue has 15 years’ experience in healthcare operations and has held several roles at ENT and Allergy Associates, including Regional Operations Manager and Practice Site Administrator which allowed her to prepare for her present role as Director of Operations.
