  I joined Hachette UK as one of five trainees as part of their Fresh Chapters Scheme. During my placement I spent one year working in the editorial team of Hodder's non-fiction imprint, Yellow Kite, where I assisted on a number of lifestyle and cookery titles – namely, TwoChubbyCubs, One Pan Pescatarian, Anxious Man and The Book of Yoga Self Practice. Following this, I completed a short two-month stint working across Marketing and Publicity at Orion. I joined Hachette UK as one of five trainees as part of their Fresh Chapters Scheme.
