I am a consultant in the early childhood field who supports services with high quality practice & ongoing improvement planning. I deliver Professional Learning through conferences nationwide as well as via local government professional learning programs. I have successful coaching practices that have been outlined in early childhood publications primarily supporting educational leaders and teams in the sector.I mentor educators in varying roles in the early childhood field; Directors, room leaders, co educators, educational leaders, sustainability officers, management teams, cluster managers to name just a few. I have intensely driven environmental & sustainable practices through leading project groups in a number of children’s services and showcased these achievements for cluster & conference presentations. My ability to relate to others comes from extensive experience working in long day care, sessional preschool, coordinating Melbourne University's Vacation Care programs and from tertiary supervision for Melbourne University. I began my journey in long day & sessional pre school. I later worked in local government children’s services teams and managed a childcare field officer team before becoming an early childhood consultant at Gowrie Victoria. I am a mother to four children and I am also the founding Director of Medical Action Bag supporting first aid & environmental practices in Australia & New Zealand
