At RMI, Nicole is the sole project manager for talent management and programming with our early career roles. Her work always goes above and beyond normal expectations. While leading our early career efforts, she has a knack for simplifying complex information into digestible information for the whole organization to better understand whether it was through data visualization or hosting kick-off meetings with various teams. While being the only person to lead all of this can be overwhelming, Nicole handles it with organization, strategic communication, and great leadership ability. In addition, Nicole has a great way of analyzing and executing what's important to our company and our clients which greatly involved leading diversity, equity, and inclusive initiatives. She leads the management of our Global ERGs which includes driving program objectives through program management and defined project plans as well as providing leadership and coaching to ERG leaders. It is evident that DEI is a passion area of hers. Through my experience with Nicole, she has displayed a range of skillsets not limited to project management, data analytics + visualization, excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a gift of building and retaining strong partnerships internally and externally. I truly enjoy working with such a great professional!

As someone just starting out on my career journey, I have been blown away by having such an incredible manager, who is not only a wonderful manager but a friend and mentor. In the 10 months I have been working at RMI, Nicole and I have been able to collaborate and work on a variety of projects, including running RMI's Summer Intern Program that included interns spread throughout the globe. I actually started out working at RMI as Nicole's intern, and the wonderful experience I had with the intern program and working with Nicole compelled me to stay on---I'm beyond blessed they wanted me to stay on as well! What has really stuck out to me about Nicole from day 1 is her ability to balance both polished, eloquent professionalism, and authentic kindness and care for people. Her ability to bring out the best in the people around her by tackling challenges with best practices, encouraging her team, training interns and those she manages so they can succeed, and communicating with professionalism and empathy make her a standout manager and person to work with. Even when situations would get hectic (as is inevitable sometimes), Nicole is able to calmly take the lead and relieve the pressure of uncertainty with confident decision-making and kind communication.
