I have had the privilege of working with Nicole over the past 5 plus years. Our first interactions were in the store communciations arena, where I found Nicole to have great insight into our retail business, the opportunities that existed in our communication process and her skill at being a strategic thought partner. Nicole consistently has shown the ability to think outside of the box, looking at ways to improve the efficiency of her work and those affected. Her knowledge of retail operations, coupled with her ability to connect at all levels of the organization make Nicole an asset to any company. As Nicole moved onto other roles, most recently in the Business Continuity arena, she again made things happen. She did not think at just a banner level, she thought about what was best across our geographic footprint. I recommend Nicole without reservation, knowing that her intellect, work ethic and ability to connect with others will serve any business well.
