      The mission of The Road Less Traveled is to facilitate life-changing experiences that foster personal growth in those who travel with us. Through travel to new places, meaningful service, and stewardship of the natural world, it is our vision to provide young people with the skills and connections to help make the world a better place. Within my role as the Director of Admissions, I oversee the enrollment process from start to finish, including recruiting efforts, admissions paperwork, and post-enrollment communication. Through this position, I provide a unique and specialized customer service experience for hundreds of participants and their families. Aside from participant enrollment, I manage our social media marketing and work to creatively highlight our community-driven service and adventure trips. When our programs are in the field, I provide immediate, 24/7 logistic and administrative support for our trip leaders and participants both domestically and internationally, specializing in domestic and scuba diving-based programs.
