In my current position as a collection advisor I work in a team and independently, working in a call centre role I have been able to progress my skills and knowledge, working closely with customers I ensure they receive the best customer service which has improved my social and speaking skills. I work well under pressure knowing each customer is different and tailoring the call to their needs, working in a finance based role has allowed me to gain more knowledge of numbers progressing my numeracy skills. While in this role I’m always making sure that I am professional but also friendly and helpful. Show less

I worked closely with a small business to create womenswear clothing, my role consisted of product research, custom research, designing, design development and thinking of ways to market the garments to the correct customers. I worked closely with the owner of the brand to bring their vision to life, doing this gave me great experience within the industry. When I was promoted to denim specialist I was in charge on the department in the store making sure the visual merchandising was correct, driving sales and selling the product to the customer, marketing the product on social media to bring more customers in, learning each style of the product so I could give the customers the most information so they would buy the correct product that would suit them. While working in this role I gained a lot of experience in marketing, social media, working with the visual merchandiser of the store and keeping up with the fast pace of the ever changing department. I was able to work with more senior members of the team which broadened my knowledge for the future. Show less
