I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Royal for 6 years via GSK’s respiratory division. During this time, she has demonstrated unmatched professionalism, the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships where others have failed and above all the uncanny ability to execute a patient focused business plan that constantly placed her above her peers. The precision in which Nicole presents clinical data is the proverbial secret sauce to how effectively she communicates relevant information to physicians. Regardless if the presentation were to a pulmonologist, allergist or a general family medicine physician, Nicole’s ability to customize and tailor clinical data to best fit each scenario drives her sustained success. When combined with the level of expertise she possesses in managed care, it is no wonder she has been able to sustain this level of success for years. In a career that is so highly competitive, any candidate that possessed half that traits of Nicole would have a wildly successful career. With that being said, that is exactly why it is my honor to recommend Nicole.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole at Merck and Company. She is an incredibly dedicated and hardworking individual. She is focused on client service and customer satisfaction, and has a strong ability to build relationships with her clients. This ability translates into incremental business -- both tangible and intangible. Nicole is also a creative problem solver and has helped create and solidify product deliverables to meet client needs. Nicole has strong people and interpersonal communication skills. I would strongly endorse Nicole as an asset for any sales or leadership position.
