After working for Nicole Redmond over the past three years, I can truly say that it has been an absolute honor being her pupil. She took a chance on me and brought me on to an organization that I had very little knowledge about and provided me with more than enough guidance to be successful. She's demanding but fair, goal oriented and willing to share as much knowledge to those to ensure that there's never a disruptive link in her team. Her greatest attributes are Integrity, Communication, Influence, Loyalty, Managerial Competence and let’s not forget the Charisma that she brings to work daily. I've always believed that "Great leaders don’t create followers, they create Great leaders" and Nicole exemplifies that.
