  Part of the HR department responsible for delivering the effective administration of a complex organisation of over 400 staff. My job role consists of the maintenance of personnel documents, service pay and allowances, travel and new arrivals into the organisation. I manage the Departments diary and input any upcoming events. I also assist with the career and welfare of the soldiers by booking career courses, uploading qualifications and constructing daily orders.
