Nicole is an awesome business partner capable of clearly defining her vision. One of the most knowledgeable mortgage professionals I've worked with possessing a profound grasp of overall market dynamics. Not to mention she's a genuinely nice person.

Nicole is an exemplary sales manager and professional. I knew of her work at Homeside when I was at Barnett Bank. But once I had the opportunity to work directly with Nicole at RBMG, Inc. and NetBank, it was clear to me that her reputation for sound business judgment, sales force motivation and leadership, and corporate responsibility was profoundly accurate. Much of RBMG's and NetBank's success in the mortgage industry during the early 2000's was due to Nicole's efforts. I had the opportunity to work closely with her on many initiatives for which my team provided legal support. She always asked the right questions and had the right answers. Her focus in the wholesale lending area was always on the good customer, knowing that the good customer's success was the Bank's success. In that regard she embraced and lead efforts in customer segmentation and marketing. It was fitting that when NetBank underwent a significant corporate change and restructuring in 2006, Nicole was given full responsibility for residential mortgage sales for the entire Company, and led that team throughout a tremendously difficult period. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole.
