  I worked as a reading interventionist teacher K-8 in Chicago, IL. I Provided reading intervention and progress monitoring to small groups of students grades K-8, using research based curriculum such as LLI and Rewards. I co-facilitated the RTI program (scheduling, curriculum decisions, tracking and presenting data) with my co-reading specialist assistant. I attended RTI meetings regarding students transitioning through the special education process and provided data to assist with testing decisions.
