I was promoted to this role by the Chief Academic Officer and Director of Enrollments to revamp department workflows and record keeping.My biggest accomplishment in this role was reducing the time to respond to queries on the live chat by 84% and voicemail to one hour. I did this by working with senior management and execute a scheduling system that included ~5 student records technicians to dedicated time slots between live chat and inbound marketing/sales.Through a transition into online education and automated enrollment processes. With the help of administrative support, accomplished the transition from paper dossier records to a complete digital filing index. By reducing paper waste and occasional loss of student records via mail, the transition of records from one school to another was completed as soon as a record request was received; thus causing no delay in immediate need of student academic record review.Throughout my tenure, I drove customer success. To do this, I promptly responded to their queries and addressed issues. I also organized promotional events for students and parents to promote products and programs. Finally, I rolled out customer-centric marketing campaigns. As a result, we grew enrollments by 733% and secured ~100 student-athletes in 2021-2022. Another key initiative I worked on was instituting the use of MS Excel to track and record the data of transferred students. I recorded the student data in the CRM software on time. As a result, I met stringent record-keeping requirements. I also eliminated communication errors from cross-functional teams by implementing proper usage of Slack. Researching how we perform on Google search and reporting tools in HubSpot, we created SEO pillars through our blogs, landing pages, and website to rank higher on Google.
