Designed, built, operationalized, and managed a centralized content Production team consisting of US-based and off-shore employees. Created editorial guidelines for managing content and entering and deploying changes to course content in ECMS. Wrote business requirements for content migration project converting content from HTML to XML. Production team included 5 direct reports in Chicago and 50 indirect reports in India.• Hired, trained, developed, and reduced staff to align with needs of the project. • Conducted a content analysis comparing legacy course content to new course template in order to determine overall work effort needed across the organization to fill content and media gaps; presented results for the Vice Presidents and major stakeholders. • Worked with eight business units to fill content gaps so that courses complied with new university course template.• Mapped legacy content to new course template, standardized content items, created migration processes and production workflow, managed the conversion, and collaborated with business units to resolve course issues.
