Nicole is passionate about any project she works on. She brings her sense of balance and drive for results to any task she takes on. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island several years ago. Nicole was moving quickly in her career and taking on new challenges that allowed her to grow. Nicole took great joy in helping others succeed and shared her knowledge easily. Any company or group would be lucky to have Nicole as part of their team.

Nicole is an amazing Manager. She was very knowledgeable of her job and mine, and was able to assist me with my career goals. She's a great person to work for and always has your back.

I also assess our existing organization project portfolio; ensuring projects add value to the organization and contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators. Assisting in the analysis and research for short and long-range corporate strategy development is another core value I bring to our team. Along side my role as Segment Management and Planning Analyst I also hold the title of Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the Employer Segment Sales Division. This portion of my role requires a great deal of organization, multi tasking and confidentiality.

I Designed, developed and delivered a multi-faceted Lean program at zero cost, which included the implementation of daily team huddles, process mapping, a visual management system to track work through stage gates, and an employee quality recognition program which resulted in a 15% increase in efficiency and a 20% decrease in defects. I established and chaired a cross-functional committee that met daily, weekly and monthly to ensure issues impacting the onboarding and renewal processes are escalated, triaged, documented, and resolved.
