  Tasked with training dogs for guide work and matching them with adult students who are visually impaired; responsible for educating and coaching students how to travel safely together as a team in varied environments.In this position, I trained and evaluated groups of 6-10 dogs for guide work over 4-month periods, then matched 2-5 visually impaired students with guide dogs and taught them how to work together during arigorous 4-week program in a residential institutional setting.
