Nicole has an eagle eye for detail and can explore, dissect and solve problems with aplomb. I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole at Greenheart International for the past 12 years. Over that time Nicole went from single-handedly running a multi-faceted short term exchange program to growing it to a staff of 4 and creating a multitude of offerings, all while providing excellent support to all stakeholders involved. Nicole is not afraid of diving into the nitty gritty and excels at working through processes and procedures with the aim of creating clear workflows and clear lines of communication. She is incredibly flexible and highly responsible and knows how to get things done under a deadline. As a colleague, Nicole is a hard-worker, but also is easy to talk with and down to earth. She remains focused even when things are stressful and you can count on her to get the job done. Any team would be lucky to have Nicole on board.

I have worked with Nicole for over fifteen years and found her to be one of the most dedicated employees I've worked with. Nicole ran a large intercultural program for our organization and in order to keep it running smoothly had to be very organized, which she was. She had good relationships with not only her own staff, but also with our foreign partners around the world. She was readily available on and off normal business hours to handle whatever situation arose and maintained a friendly, helpful attitude. Nicole has a fun personality and is a pleasure to work with, but also a fair and responsible co-worker. I would highly recommend Nicole for any position for which she applies, she is a trustworthy and hardworking team member. Lori Tibbett, Executive Regional Director, Greenheart Exchange (retired)
