I created an Etsy shop where I made homemade decorated cookies. I was responsible for every aspect of my business. First I had to create a shop and brand my new company; including logo, policies, and a shipping profile. Then I had to market my product by creating appealing item descriptions and taking high-quality photos of my cookie samples. Once I received orders I had to manage my time, and make sure the order arrived by the correct date. Then I had to package the cookies to look professional and pack them so they would not be damaged during shipment. I also made sure to clean my workspace and organize my tools. Skills I was great with customer service by quickly responding to customer's emails and sending personalized notes in every order. I enjoy being creative and creating custom orders for customers and challenging myself to try new things. Cookies are time-consuming, but I was always determined to finish my tasks on time. I was good at multitasking between completing orders, being a full-time student and working a part-time job. Show less
