Starting in the old "Downeast Communications" in the CCC (Customer Care Center) as a customer care specialist, is where my love for technology was born. In 2008, when the CCC was closed due to the sale of Downeast to Bell, my career then moved to the retail side of things, where I then got to put my skills to work! Being a constant name on the "Top Performers" list, an assistant manager, as well as a store manager. I showed those who managed me that I knew what I was doing, did it well, and was always up for learning and doing more. In 2010, I again switched positions within the bellAliant machine. This time back to a contact center, as I had relocated to another part of the province. Within 3 short months I went from regular customer service rep, to Help Desk personnel, to then supervisor. Time management, leadership skills, having great customer service skills, communications skills, and much much more are what I owe to my quick rise within my customer service career. Show less
