Procurements Chair
-
Mar 2017 - Mar 2018
Seattle University’s Dance Marathon (SUDM) is a student-led nonprofit based on the Seattle University campus. In accordance with the national Children’s Miracle Network organization SUDM raises money annually for Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Uncompensated Care Fund and Strong Against Cancer. SUDM is ranked 23rd out of over 400 guilds of Seattle Children’s and we are the #1 Dance Marathon on the West Coast. As the Procurements Chair, I am responsible for the Silent Auction which is one of the largest fundraising efforts and putting together a comprehensive “swag bag” for the dancers filled with things they can use during the 16 hour and items to remind them of the event far into the future. Finally, one of my most important jobs is to go out in to the community and build strong and lasting relationships with corporate sponsors and other partners to benefit not only the current DM but those far into the future.

Brand Representative
-
May 2016 - Aug 2017
The main objective of a brand representative is to create a friendly and fun shopping experience for the customers. This included everything from making sales and maintaining store orderliness to cleaning up accidental spills in the store. This included lots of team work and cooperation to keep the store working like a well-oiled machine. Attendance Office Student Worker
-
Aug 2012 - May 2016
Inside the attendance office is always a flurry of motion and energy. As a worker, my main job was communicating between parents, students and the school by answering calls. But, whenever it was needed, I would do miscellaneous jobs for the office and the dean’s executive assistants. This included organizing documents alphabetically and stuffing envelopes to send out.
