  Through being a waitress, I was able to develop my communication skills and confidence, by having to deal with a plethora of different customers. This role involved many different responsibilities including: Checking the bookings for the coming night and preparing everything in the restaurant accordingly, dealing with complaints and making sure everything was cleaned and put back correctly at the end of a night. Our aim every shift, was to provide a personal and welcoming service to each customer we served.
