  Fabricated, measured and modeled performance of two and three terminal high frequency InP-based electronic devices including the first InP HEMT fabricated on campus and first demonstration of InP devices on silicon. Sub-micron processing including: standard photolithography, metal and dielectric deposition, wet and dry etching. Investigated mixed material integration for chip-scale packages and studied BCB, epoxy, polyimide materials for high frequency applications.
