General Attends Advisory Board meetings , and develops community contacts who can assist with job placement, externship site set-up and community involvement Assists Campus Director in preparation of reports; including accreditation annual reports, IPEDS reports, Retention and Placement Reports and weekly operating reports Perform Human Resources activities as needed Schedules and conducts site visits for approval of new student externship sites as needed Schedules and conducts student externship site phone conferences, Externship Follow-up Evaluations and completes appropriate paperwork Has a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day operations in the campus and accepts responsibility for the operation of the campus in the Campus Director’s absence Must complete two in-services and at least one professional development activity each fiscal year Show consistent improvement in student retention with each program meeting, at a minimum, the ABHES standard of 70% and striving for Ross standard of 80%, while meeting the monthly drop budget Show less
