  Leading and development of all Advanced Engineering apprenticeships and BEng degrees Level 3 to 6. Overseeing of skills coaches/trainers for advanced engineering an ensuring conversance in apprenticeship standard regulations and specifications for the defined area thus ensuring compliance with IfATE requirements, EIF, ESFA funding rules, OFSTED requirements and B&FC and Lancaster University standards. Co-creation and on-going development, in partnership with key stakeholders, of apprenticeship standards delivery models and implementation of the agreed co-created model for each employer from recruitment through to final evaluation post EPA. Leading on the monthly review of employer and apprentice progress against the cocreated model and agreed individual learner plan, informed by intelligence, data and feedback from key stakeholders. Leading of Annual Programme reviews and Quality improvement plans and all internal audit processes. Responsible for all external audits from awarding bodies and government regulatory bodies for apprentice and degree programmes in Engineering (OFSTED, Pearson, Lancaster University, Institution of Engineering and technology etc). Preparation of all required quality documentation, standardization meetings, contribution to and production of internal and external assessment policies, interviews with external auditors, risk management for the programmes, safeguarding documentation etc. Lead for programmes in understanding of external auditors regulations and disseminating this to staff i.e regular training to programme staff with updates on OFSTED regulations, inspection frameworks, changes to external quality assurance policies and documentation. Producing documentation for validation and revalidation of programmes including writing of new degree pathways, specifically Industrial engineering with a focus on lean processes.
