As you can imagine, changing careers after almost 20 years can be more than a little scary, but Nicole made it easy. She mentored me through my first few months in a new industry, and I truly believe that I would have washed out pretty quickly without her assistance. Nicole is a talented sales professional. She seems to be able to instinctively read a person, and adjust her messaging and delivery to what is most effective with them. She is a brilliant mentor and teacher. Nicole not only shows you the right process but explains why it is done that way and makes sure you understand it before moving on. Nicole is truly passionate about customer service; because she knows you won't retain unhappy customers. She took a disorganized and undisciplined team and put together the foundation I needed to build a strong, cohesive unit. I've been in the workforce for almost 30 years, and I consider Nicole to be one of the best people I have ever worked with.
