  Over the next few months, I will be assessing the potential implications of marine energy on relevant industries, economies, and communities in an effort to better understand the place marine energy could hold in powering the blue economy looking forward. Additionally, I will be researching how marine energy could solve offshore wind energy needs, powering devices like sensors and lighting aboard these installations.
