JOB DESCRIPTION: - My primary duty is to increase the contract sales of the branch to RM 330,000.00 in 2006. to achieve this, I am responsible of meeting commercial and industrial clients on the latest pest management technology that they need and benefiting to them and their company's economical growth. - I am also responsible of helping the sales manager to monitor and train the sales executives to be confident in themselves and improve their selling skills. - Further to that, I am also responsible of helping the branch manager to maintain our existing clients, updating them with knowledge about the the last pest management technology as well as educating their staffs about personal hygiene management the basic of pest management to them and also ensuring of their satisfaction with our services. EXPERIENCE GAINED & ACCOMPLISHMENT: In 2004, I was a junior Sales executive under the management trainee program. I was attached to the company's Johor branch. That year I was able to achieve and exceeded my target of RM 383,000.00. I managed to bring in for the branch RM 420,000.00. That year also i was the named the BEST SALES CONVERTER. This award was given to individuals who managed to bring in most number of sales job in a year compared to their number of clients seen in the year. In 2005, I was the senior sales executive still in the management trainee program. That year again I achieve and exceeded my sales target of RM 420,000.00. I managed to bring in RM 540,000.00 for the branch. I was also the top 15 sales executive in the country for 2005. My ranking was no 7. With the success, I was able to join the company's incentive trip to Austria and Hungary in 2006. In these 2 countries I managed to experience lifestyle different from Malaysia. In my 2 and a half years career with the company, I managed to gain more than RM 1,000,000.00 for the company. Show less
