The resources I created for this programme have been approved by the APM and endorsed by many learners and help learners progress from their initial starting points, as well as supporting them to develop their portfolio to evidence their knowledge, skills and behaviours. I support learners on a group basis and on a 1:1 basis to help develop their knowledge around project management delivery. I work closely with the skills coach to help support learners to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours and to help prepare them for End Point Assessment. Within the Level 4 Associate Project Management I have also mentored learners through EPA and supported them to achieve distinctions (including 100% on their EPA). I also deliver the L3 Team Leader and the L5 Operational Manager Apprenticeship standard, including the CMI diploma's for each of these qualifications.
