Nicole is one of the most knowledgeable career coaching professionals I know. Nicole was the kind of fearless leader who could motivate a team, create alignment between a team, leadership and overaching company goal to create a unified vision to drive results. Every person on the team felt supported, and Nicole knew where we were at and what we need to be empowered to create the right results. She was also very transparent to make sure we understood the constraints and resources we were working with as a company and as a team to set goals high and leverage effectively the resource that we could access. I worked with Nicole on a pan-Canadian project to serve 1,200 youth across Canada and across industries in securing employment in about a 3 month time frame. Nicole led a team of virtual coaches and she stepped into an interim leadership role when there was a lot of confusion, and paved a path to clarity clearly communicating everyone's needs to bring everyone to a unified vision and action plan. Her knowledge was palpable across industries, and across Canada for career development, including groups with various barriers to employment - youth, people with disabilities, people with navigating homelessness and so much more. It improved every project she touched. Nicole was my favorite part of the team and improved the work environment daily. She created a work environment that had transparency, clarity of vision, drove results, and felt supportive in a 100% virtual team - that in itself is an accomplishment. Working under Nicole made the project better.

Nicole is a natural leader and the type of leader you want to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, as well she is always transparent and authentic, which has fostered a safe space for her team. She has and continues to willingly go the extra mile for not only her co-workers but also for the youth she supports. Nicole is the kind of leader who leads by example and is right there with her team in the trenches and that is something I admire and I am grateful for. Nicole has a BIG heart and is overall a genuinely fantastic individual and I feel lucky to have the opportunity to learn from her and work with her!
