Her knowledge was palpable across industries, and across Canada for career development, including groups with various barriers to employment - youth, people with disabilities, people with navigating homelessness and so much more. She created a work environment that had transparency, clarity of vision, drove results, and felt supportive in a 100% virtual team - that in itself is an accomplishment.
