  I am honored to be a part of the senior leadership team responsible for building and growing the international residential life program from the ground up. I have overseen the development and ongoing leadership of a sustainable homestay and boarding school enrollment, dorm staffing strategy, new policies and procedures, all communications, recruiting strategies for diverse countries, admissions committee, orientation program and student discipline best practices. I also serve as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) for SEVP. Selected Accomplishments: ► Launched and successfully grew new business line for school by implementing international boarding school program onto campus. ► Increased visibility in key markets by growing enrollment from 50 international students from two countries to 111 international students from 18 countries, increasing enrollment 124% within six years. ► Developed and implemented plan to build partnerships with agents, embassies and organizations around the world, building an international footprint in the boarding school market. ► Embraced new initiative to realign international program to better reflect school mission; transformed policies to elevate student voice and experience, while fusing school values with unique international student needs. ► Lead and manage all aspects of the admissions process from time of inquiry to acceptance, achieving an increase in diversity 88% within 5+ years. ► Facilitated and streamlined enrollment application process and clearance for homestay families through various activities including recruiting, advertising, interviewing, home visits, background checks, training, and managing family relationships in order to better support international students. ► Collaborated with marketing, public relations and senior leadership to assist in the brand marketing of international program to families abroad.
