Nicole has been a great mentor and coach, both in business and endurance athletics. While seeking advice through my entrepreneurial capstone class at St. Thomas, Nicole provided me valuable guidance that eventually led to me placing third among my graduating class. In addition, Nicole helped me accomplish my goal of finishing my first half-ironman triathlon. Not only did she make sure I was confident and ready prior to the race, she was also the first one to congratulate me afterwards. Nicole’s knowledge and skills are surely an attribute that will bring value to any client or organization.

For the past four years I have had the privilege of getting to know Nicole through my involvement as volunteer coordinator for the YWCA Women’s Triathlon. Nicole is not only an interesting and dynamic woman but she is also inspiring, encouraging and genuine. (Side note: Nicole’s cheerleading was instrumental as I started to personally work towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.)
