Already involved in the Wind Energy domain in my previous experience, I deeply wanted to find out more about how the wind turbine generators (WTG) work. By NORDEX today, I do use my technical skills, learned during my Engineering education, in order to support the wind farm developers in frame of their projects. The main target is to select the best machine which… Show more Already involved in the Wind Energy domain in my previous experience, I deeply wanted to find out more about how the wind turbine generators (WTG) work. By NORDEX today, I do use my technical skills, learned during my Engineering education, in order to support the wind farm developers in frame of their projects. Indeed, as a Sales Engineer, I am responsible of provided the adapted technical data about our WTG to our partners. The main target is to select the best machine which would fit to their projects, depending among others of wind conditions on site, the soil state, access roads...this also can be decided and checked by going along the potential wind farm site. Besides, my knowledge of the WTG can push me to advice our mother company to adapt our WTG, according to the evolutions of the market (dependability on bats, radars, noise emissions...). Finally, when our WTG is well-positioned on a project, I am in charge of starting the contract negociations. By way of conclusion, I could describe my current job as a technical support of my Sales Manager, mastering both Engineering skills and commercial abilities in several languages and always in motion between my office, customer meetings and site visits.

De février 2009 à janvier 2011, je suis engagé par la Chambre de Commerce et d'industrie de Meurthe et Moselle en tant que VIE (volontaire international en entreprise), afin d'assurer la mission export pour 13 entreprises lorraines. Celles - ci, regroupées sous le nom "Pôle Eolien Lorrain", veulent s'investir de manière plus poussée dans les énergies renouvelables, et dans l'éolien en particulier. Les grands comptes de ce secteur très porteur aujourd'hui se situent pour la plupart en… Show more De février 2009 à janvier 2011, je suis engagé par la Chambre de Commerce et d'industrie de Meurthe et Moselle en tant que VIE (volontaire international en entreprise), afin d'assurer la mission export pour 13 entreprises lorraines. Les grands comptes de ce secteur très porteur aujourd'hui se situent pour la plupart en Allemagne, ce qui a poussé la CCI à me baser dans un premier temps à Saarbrücken, afin de nouer des contacts plus facilement. La participation à des salons de professionnels (EWEC Marseille en 2009 et Varsovie en 2011, Hannover Messe...) sera un bon moyen de faire connaître les entreprises lorraines, qui ont déjà travaillé avec Nordex, Repower, Areva, Société Française d'Eoliennes... De nombreux contacts ont été générés chez les constructeurs d'éoliennes mais aussi sous-traitants de 1° et 2° échelle, et plusieurs demandes de prix sont en cours. Lors de l'année 2010, le nombre de commandes pour des interventions en maintenance de parcs a nettement augmenté. Une dernière mission du Pôle Eolien est de diversifier ses capacités de réponse en termes de construction de pièces et de maintenance de parcs éoliens, ce qui entraîne une recherche de partenaires permanente, en Lorraine principalement.
