Made proposals for minimum Federation management reporting standards, in partnership with WA Australia. - Created and facilitated annual investment process for Federation members (USA, Australia, India etc), chaired by Director of Fundraising. Controllership - Supervising the Financial Controller, transformed the Financial Services team in charge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking & Treasury: structure changes, system changes (invoice processing and staff expenses automation), process changes (automated bank reconciliations, better cash-flow forecasts). - Revamped production of statutory, creating efficiencies and a proper audit trail.
