  "Are the kids alright" was a two-days European film celebration that took place on January 12th and 13th at Institut Français' Ciné Lumière, London. This two-days event featured three European coming-of-age films, and two European shorts programmes curated by a group of 12-15-year-old film enthusiasts from the Alec Reed Academy in Ealing. From selection to introductions on stage, they were involved in the whole process during 4 workshops I organised with them. This was my graduation project for the MA in Film Programming & Curation at the NFTS. The event was organised in partnership with the Institut Français, the Alec Reed Academy, The European Parliament's Lux Prize, and the UK Film Festival. I wrote an article about this experience, which was published on the European Parliament's website. Open Doors - Locarno Festival

  I conducted and subsequently wrote an internal report for the coproduction platform Open Doors during the 70th anniversary of the Locarno Festival. Entitled “The fast-evolving film industries of South Asia”, the report provides an overview of the current film industries of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. This report is internal. It can be made available on request.   I was part of a team of young programmers working on the Chronic Youth festival that took place on March 18th-19th 2017. We were in charge of the whole process, from the actual programming to contacting the right holders, to the marketing. Chronic Youth 2017 featured in Time Out, Screen International, Little White Lies, and Sight & Sound amongst others. 4 out of 6 screenings sold out completely.
