In the Research and Development department of PSYONIC (an American company that offers high-tech prosthetic devices), I led a team that worked on the design and manufacture of a new bracelet for touch pressure sensors. This bracelet was used to measure the residual muscle activity in the forearms of the amputees and to predict the movements carried out by the robotic prosthesis by means of prediction algorithms. I worked with different CAD and manufacturing tools, as well as with different Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. Currently the technology I developed is in production Show less
