Key achievements include:• The design of a comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility action plan for Mexico, leading to volunteering programs and to the company obtaining the Corporate Social Responsibility award "Distinctive ESR" for the first time, and for three years in a row;• Turned Alstom Mexico from a subsidiary that had no Alstom Foundation project under execution in 2013, to the one with the highest number of projects under execution globally in 2015;• Strengthened the company’s national and international market position through continuous strategy analyses and institutional efforts (e.g. production of Country Strategy Plans, diplomatic memos, sustainability reports, and strategy files for high level visits - including Country Presidents, Ministers, Group CEO & VPs).

Results include:• Key contribution to the formulation of a set of recommendations on the aforementioned issues, presented during the IPCC 30th Panel Session in Antalya, Turkey, where IPCC members decided on their outcomes;• Participation to the EU Commission Expert Group Seminar on the scoping of the IPCC AR5; and to the IPCC 30th Panel Session in Antalya, as a member of the Belgian scientific delegation.
