      Modeling of epigenetic regulation on the genetic state of the cell : Based on the cell behavior simulation model developed within Vidium, the objective is to analyze the effect of the epigenetic part of the model: testing of parameter sets to reproduce experimentally observed behaviors, sensitivity analysis, inference of model parameters based on simulated and experimental data.
