  As Assistant Group Financial Controller - Europe in the Warwick International Hotels group, my function was, among others, to establish, consolidate and analyze reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly (KPI)) from European subsidiaries and affiliates.I was very often in contact with the various hotels accounting departments, I discussed with them the results Actual vs. Budget, the different demands of capex, as well as cash flows forecast.I also participated regularly : - To internal audits in Brussels. - To Due Diligence (London, Cambridge,..) - To the establishment of procedures. - To achievement of budget and forecast up to 5 years.
