My PhD-project focuses on akratic behavior in Bulimia Nervosa and Alcohol Use disorder. Two separately diagnosed illnesses, with similar binging behavior with regards to food and alcohol consumption. An important overlapping issue is the high risk of relapse after treatment success, causing a high personal and social burden. Therefore, a better understanding of the risk factors involved is necessary. My PhD-project focuses on akratic behavior in Bulimia Nervosa and Alcohol Use disorder.
