As a engineering consultant, I was sent to remote locations all over Texas to over see work done on oil wells. I over saw the implementation of frac jobs on oil wells by service companies. Our customer would hire me to insure that the service company was performing a effective, compatible and cost efficient frac job on their oil well. I oversaw 40 individuals in the field and directed them to perform the best job possible while maintaining safety as our primary objective. I applied frac theory, hydrostatics, and engineering techniques. I provided the customer with a daily log of event and had to approve the work done in the order of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
