  • Lead all aspects of acquisition, development, management and disposition of assets throughout the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest on behalf of ASB's investment vehicles, including the ASB Allegiance Fund (Core); Meridian Fund I & II (Value-Add); Separate Accounts (Opportunistic) • Successfully sourced, underwrote, and led closing efforts on over $4 billion of new equity investments, asset dispositions, and financings in multi-family, student housing, retail, industrial, and office assets across core, value-add and opportunistic strategies. • Responsible for leading negotiations on joint venture, development and purchase agreements during acquisitions, as well as leases and property level agreements as part of ongoing asset management oversight • Oversee asset management teams on over 4 million square feet of office, apartment, industrial and retail holdings throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest • Supervise a team of six investment professionals and serve as a member of ASB’s Management Committee and Investment Committees • Participate in client updates, new investor presentations and other related business development initiatives Show less
