Highly motivated by the aerospace field, I performed a one month traineeship in Dassault Aviation facilities, Mérignac, France. I was on the production lines of the Falcon 2000 and the Falcon 900. Examples of tasks performed: Wings installation Aircraft hydraulic systems start-up and testing Electrical systems start-up and testing Fuel system testing Cabin pressurization testing Aircraft groundwork before first flight Key words: Lean manufacturing process Final assembly lines of Falcon 2000 and Falcon 900 aircraft Final assembly line of Rafale aircraft I experienced working on a production line but I also met many interesting people. I appreciated the team spirit I found in Dassault Aviation. I found the experiences and paths of everyone very interesting. Workers took the time to describe their jobs. I met lot of engineers : production engineers but also design engineers. This work placement contributed to my personal development in aeronautics ; my passion was confirmed. Show less
